Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Autism Possible LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Repped Labs™ (“Repped Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of reppedlabs.org (the “Site”) and the related email list, feedback forms, paid sessions, and ways to support our work (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services or sign up yourself. A parent or legal guardian may sign up a child under 13 and agrees to these Terms on the child’s behalf. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your information and email

You agree to give accurate information and to sign up only with an email address you control. We send a confirmation link before adding anyone to our list. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email or by writing to hello@reppedlabs.org.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• sign up other people without their permission, or submit false information;
• send spam, automated, or bulk submissions, or try to get around our rate limits;
• interfere with, probe, scan, or try to break the security of the Site or the systems behind it;
• scrape or copy the Site’s content in bulk;
• post or send anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights; or
• use the Services in any way that breaks the law.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Our content and trademarks

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photos, logos, show concepts, and program names, belong to Repped Labs or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Repped Labs™, “Every Mind. Every Space. Repped.,” and our logos are trademarks of Autism Possible LLC. Partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, sell, or reuse our content or marks without our written permission.

5. Feedback and ideas

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas (for example, through a show’s feedback form or a reply to our email), you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them for any purpose without paying you or giving you credit. Please don’t send us anything you consider confidential.

6. Supporting our work

You can choose to support Repped Labs with a payment of any amount, $5 or more, through our payment provider, Stripe. Repped Labs is a business, not a nonprofit or charity, so support payments are not tax-deductible. Support payments are voluntary contributions toward our work. They do not buy goods, services, ownership, or any other benefit, and they are non-refundable except where the law requires or in case of a clear error (such as a duplicate charge), which you should report to hello@reppedlabs.org within 30 days.

7. Paid strategy sessions

Workforce partners may book a strategy session with Dr. Vas through Calendly for $150, paid when you book. If your organization signs a contract with Repped Labs within 12 months of the session, the $150 is credited toward that contract. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refundable, but we will try to reschedule. Sessions are for planning and general information only, and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

8. Third-party services

The Services link to and rely on third parties such as Stripe, Calendly, and our partners’ websites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Programs and changes

Programs, shows, launch dates, and partners described on the Site are plans and may change. Joining our list does not guarantee a place in any program. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. Educational content is for general information and is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, REPPED LABS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Repped Labs and its owners and employees from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@reppedlabs.org and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or on the Site. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
